1. Кто мы

Costra («Costra», «мы») — сервис расчёта материалов для ремонта: сайт costra.tech и приложение Costra (вместе — «Сервис»). Эта политика объясняет, какие персональные данные мы собираем, зачем, и какие у вас есть права. Она распространяется на сайт, список ожидания и приложение. Вопросы: hello@costra.tech.

2. Какие данные мы собираем

Данные, которые вы предоставляете сами

контакт для списка ожидания — email или номер телефона, а также язык интерфейса и отметка формы, через которую вы записались;
при создании аккаунта — email, имя и пароль (пароли храним только в хэшированном виде);
при входе через Google — имя, email и фото профиля, полученные из вашего аккаунта Google;
данные, которые вы вводите в Сервисе: параметры комнат, выбранные материалы, сметы;
содержимое сообщений, которые вы нам отправляете.

Данные, собираемые автоматически

стандартные технические логи хостинг-провайдера (IP-адрес, тип браузера, запрошенные страницы) — для безопасности и стабильной работы;
выбранный язык, сохраняемый в localStorage вашего браузера.

Мы не собираем специальные категории данных и не используем рекламные трекеры на сайте.

3. Как мы используем данные

сообщить о запуске и прислать приглашение;
предоставлять и поддерживать работу Сервиса;
отвечать на обращения;
улучшать продукт — в обобщённом, неперсонифицированном виде;
исполнять требования закона.

Никаких сторонних маркетинговых рассылок.

4. Правовые основания

Согласие (список ожидания и уведомления), исполнение договора (работа приложения), законный интерес (безопасность и развитие Сервиса), а также юридические обязательства.

5. Передача данных

Мы не продаём и не сдаём ваши данные. Обработчики-подрядчики: Netlify, Inc. — хостинг сайта и хранение заявок формы. Мы можем раскрыть данные, если этого требует закон. При смене владельца Сервиса данные могут быть переданы новому владельцу с теми же обязательствами по защите.

6. Хранение, защита и сроки

Данные хранятся в защищённой инфраструктуре наших провайдеров; доступ ограничен командой Costra; соединения защищены HTTPS. Контакты списка ожидания храним до завершения рассылки о запуске или до вашего запроса на удаление. Данные аккаунта — пока аккаунт активен. Технические логи — ограниченное время.

7. Международная передача

Серверы провайдеров могут находиться в других странах (например, США или ЕС). Мы выбираем провайдеров, обеспечивающих надлежащие меры защиты данных.

8. Ваши права

Вы можете запросить доступ к своим данным, их исправление или удаление, ограничить обработку и отозвать согласие в любой момент — напишите на hello@costra.tech. Удаление выполняем в течение 7 дней. Вы также вправе обратиться с жалобой в надзорный орган вашей страны.

Удалить аккаунт и связанные с ним данные можно по инструкции на странице удаления аккаунта.

9. Cookies и localStorage

Рекламных и аналитических cookies на сайте нет. Мы используем только localStorage браузера: costra_lang (выбранный язык) и costra_joined (защита от повторной отправки формы). Очистка данных браузера удаляет эти записи.

10. Дети

Сервис не предназначен для детей младше 16 лет, и мы сознательно не собираем их данные. Если это произошло — напишите нам, и мы удалим данные.

11. Изменения политики

Мы можем обновлять эту политику. Новая версия публикуется на этой странице с обновлённой датой; о существенных изменениях сообщим через Сервис.

Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Costra ("Costra", "we") provides renovation-material estimation tools: the costra.tech website and the Costra app (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have. It covers the website, the waitlist and the app. Questions: hello@costra.tech.

2. Data we collect

Data you provide

your waitlist contact — an email address or phone number, plus your interface language and which form you signed up through;
when you create an account — your email, name and password (passwords are stored only in hashed form);
if you sign in with Google — your name, email address and profile picture, received from your Google account;
content you enter into the Service: room parameters, selected materials, estimates;
the contents of messages you send us.

Data collected automatically

standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type, requested pages) — for security and reliable operation;
your language preference, stored in your browser's localStorage.

We do not collect special categories of data and do not use advertising trackers on the website.

3. How we use data

to announce the launch and send your invitation;
to provide and operate the Service;
to respond to your requests;
to improve the product — in aggregated, non-identifying form;
to comply with legal requirements.

No third-party marketing emails.

4. Legal bases

Consent (waitlist and notifications), performance of a contract (running the app), legitimate interests (security and improving the Service), and legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. Our processors: Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form submission storage. We may disclose data where the law requires it. If the Service changes ownership, data may transfer to the new owner under the same protection obligations.

6. Storage, security and retention

Data is stored in our providers' protected infrastructure; access is limited to the Costra team; connections are protected with HTTPS. We keep waitlist contacts until launch communications are complete or you request removal. Account data is kept while your account is active. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

7. International transfers

Our providers' servers may be located in other countries (for example, the US or EU). We choose providers that maintain appropriate data protection safeguards.

8. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time — write to hello@costra.tech. We action deletions within 7 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.

To delete your account and its associated data, follow the steps on the account deletion page.

9. Cookies and localStorage

The website has no advertising or analytics cookies. We only use your browser's localStorage: costra_lang (chosen language) and costra_joined (prevents duplicate form submissions). Clearing your browser data removes these entries.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If this has happened, write to us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version is posted on this page with an updated date; we will announce material changes through the Service.
